Accomplished Director of The Mission Press operations with successful track record of overseeing the printing, marketing and direct mail operation at The Mission Press at Mercy Home for Boys & Girls. Passionate and driven to succeed, always seeking to inspire team members, acquire new clients as well as maintain and nurture existing clients, test and implement new processes and technology. Experience in prepress, design, offset and digital printing, large format printing, marketing, direct mail campaigns, postal requirements, and data processing.

Dell is from Galway City, Ireland and worked for JayCee Printers and a local newspaper before moving to Chicago. She began working for The Mission Press in 1994. Currently, she is involved in design and sales at The Mission Press. She firmly believes that the most important aspect of her job is making sure that the customer is satisfied with the design and service they receive at The Mission Press. The added bonus is that the profits go to Mercy Home for Boys & Girls.

Bruce began working at The Mission Press in July of 2005. He has more than 40 years of experience in print production and sales. Bruce manages internal and external direct mailing campaigns, with an annual volume approaching 10 million pieces. Bruce is strongly committed to the high standards of value and customer service at Mission Press, as well as the overlying mission of Mercy Home.

Tammy has been working at The Mission Press since April 2007. She has taken on many challenges along her path at Mission Press. Initially, Tammy worked in our production area and lasering room. After a couple of years she took on the role of administrative assistant to the Mission Press staff. Tammy now holds the position of our Manager of Accounting and Customer Service. Her vast experience with understanding the production needs of a project, as well as the clients needs, makes her a great fit.

John joined the Mission Press team in November of 2013. He comes from a background of creativity and strict production guidelines. John brings with him extensive experience in the graphic arts and production industry.
