About Nicky
Nicolette has been with the Mission Press for over 16 years in various capacities. After several years as Manager of Accounting, Estimating and Customer Service Nicolette was promoted to Director of Press Operations in January 2014 where she oversees the day-to-day printing, marketing and direct mail operations at The Mission Press at Mercy Home for Boys & Girls. Her main focus has been maximizing customer satisfaction and expanding The Mission Press’ customer base, thereby increasing revenues that benefit Mercy Home’s kids.
She is passionate and driven to succeed, always seeking to inspire team members, acquire new clients as well as maintain and nurture existing clients, test and implement new processes and technology. Her experience in prepress, design, offset and digital printing, large format printing, marketing, direct mail campaigns, postal requirements, and data processing help her to understand the needs of her staff and clients alike.
Nicolette is proud to be a part of the Mission Press team, and looks forward to continuing the company’s long tradition of customer service and printing excellence.
